Yes. Creating an account and using document editing, signature requests, forms and the audit ledger costs nothing.

Can another account see my documents?

No. Every document, folder, signature request, form and audit event carries the id of the account that owns it, and every query is filtered by that id. A request for someone else's id answers 404, so an id cannot even be probed.

Do I need to install anything?

No. NovaScribe runs in the browser and can be installed as an app from the same page on Android, iOS and desktop.

What NovaScribe does

NovaScribe is a document workspace and an electronic signature service in one page. Open a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and edit it directly: the parts you do not touch keep their original bytes, so a contract does not lose its formatting because you changed a date.

When a document is ready, send it for signature. Place signature, initials, full name, email, date, text, number and checkbox fields on the real page preview, choose a parallel or a sequential signing order, and add a PIN when the signer must prove it is them. The signer opens a private link, signs on a phone with a finger, and the platform produces a signed PDF, a certificate of completion and a signed manifest in a single download.

Proof, not promises

Every action — upload, version, send, view, sign, download, delete — is written to a SHA-256 hash chain that belongs to that workspace alone. Altering one event breaks the chain, and verification is one click. Two accounts cannot see each other's chain, count each other's events or reach each other's documents.
